Challenges
At Google Area120, our challenge was to take product concepts from idea to launch within a 6-month program window. This means accelerating the product iteration process and truly focusing on an MVP (minimum viable product).
Solutions
Our team helped provide startup expertise and experience engineering to quickly produce proof-of-concepts, rapid prototypes, and launchable applications. We integrated deeply into Google product teams to assist with all aspects of product development -- from ideation to user research to prototyping to public launch.
Results
We successfully partnered with several Area120 teams in spaces as diverse as video messaging, AI-backed data analytics, small business tools, and social media content creation.

What we learned
Incubators are incredibly powerful pipelines for product development, and Area120 -- backed by the resources of Google -- produced some of the most innovative products we've ever worked on. By repeated rapid iteration we perfected our process for taking product concepts and building actual products, with constant checkpoints to determine product-market-fit and viability.
